Indi Go is looking for a proactive and experienced ER/IR Professional to join our Human Resources team. In this critical role, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing robust employee relations strategies, ensuring a harmonious and union-free work workplace, and managing all compliance and legal inspections.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement Employee Relations (ER) strategies that foster a positive work environment and align with organizational goals.
- Conduct thorough studies and take appropriate measures to ensure a union-free environment and prevent work stoppages.
- Develop a robust network to preempt ER matters and implement preventive actions to avoid potential issues.
- Formulate and administer policies in discussion with management to ensure harmonious relations between management and workers.
- Manage all compliance and various legal inspections, and effectively liaise with government officials.
- Stay abreast of changes to labor laws, arbitration decisions, court rulings,



and other relevant legal developments.
- Set up Grievance/Dispute resolution mechanisms to address employee issues and ensure the amicable settlement of disputes.
- Lead investigations and disciplinary processes with fairness and adherence to policy.

Skills

- Strong communicator and a keen listener to facilitate effective interaction and influence positive outcomes.
- Keen understanding of business dynamics and their impact on employee relations.
- Strong executive presence and ability to represent the HR function effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MIS (Management Information Systems), and general system working.
- Result-oriented, persevering, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
- Strong capabilities in team working and connecting on the ground with employees.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple senior stakeholders.
- Experience in handling a huge employee base will be an added advantage.

Qualifications

- Postgraduate diploma/degree in Human Resources/Employee Relations.
- Knowledge of the local language (Marathi) will be highly preferred.
