Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Product Consultant – Corporate Lending to build and scale digital corporate lending solutions in a rapid-paced fintech environment. This role focuses on creating

seamless, technology-driven lending experiences for SMEs, mid-market, and enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate lending products and processes, combined with

hands-on experience in digital lending platforms, loan origination, underwriting, credit decisioning, API integrations, automation, and product lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for digital corporate lending platforms (origination, underwriting, disbursement, servicing)

- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with fintech growth objectives

- Build scalable loan origination systems (LOS) and loan management systems (LMS)

- Design and optimize digital onboarding journeys for corporate clients (KYC, document collection, verification)

- Collaborate with engineering, data science, credit risk, compliance, and business teams

- Drive automation in underwriting using rule engines, scorecards, and alternative data

- Develop API-based integrations with third-party providers (credit bureaus, GST/tax systems, bank statement analyzers, payment gateways)

- Leverage data analytics to improve approval rates, reduce risk, and enhance customer experience

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (RBI or relevant global regulators depending on market)

- Build innovative products such as embedded finance, supply chain financing, invoice discounting, and BNPL for businesses

- Continuously experiment (A/B testing) to improve conversion funnels and reduce drop-offs

Required Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of corporate lending products

- Experience in building or working with digital lending platforms (LOS/LMS)

- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and microservices architecture

- Understanding of credit risk,



underwriting processes, and financial statement analysis

- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

- Multi-Facility Financing- Integrated financial solutions combining multiple credit facilities under one structure.

- Bill Discounting-Unlock immediate cash flow by discounting receivables before their due date.

- Working Capital Finance-Ensure smooth day-to-day operations with adequate short-term funding.

- Cash Credit (CC)-Flexible borrowing facility against stock and receivables.

- Business Loans / Term Loans-Medium to long-term funding for expansion, asset purchase, or business growth.

- Consumer & Commercial Vehicle Loans-Financing for purchase of personal or business-use vehicles.

- Commercial Equipment Financing-Loans for machinery, tools, and industrial equipment.

- Letter of Credit (LC) / Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC)-Secure domestic and international trade transactions with bank-backed guarantees.

- Bank Guarantee (BG)-Assurance to third parties for contractual or financial obligations..

- Project Financing-Structured funding for large-scale infrastructure and industrial projects.

- Structured Finance-Customized financial solutions often used in mergers, acquisitions, or leveraged buyouts.

Requirements

- Good command over written and verbal communication in English.

- Should demonstrate Out of the Box thinking and willing to work on tight schedules

- Knowledge of Lending life cycle

- Good understanding of end-to-end Loan Management Life Cycle

- Good at interpersonal skills

- Should have good stakeholder management skills

- Detailed knowledge of corporate Lending.
