- Develop current products by designing, developing, and optimizing processes to meet customer requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.
- Conduct experiments, analyze data, and troubleshoot issues to optimize process performance.
- Document all aspects of the product development lifecycle using standardized tools and procedures.
Job Requirements :
- 8-10 years of experience in process development or related field (e.g., chemical engineering).
- Strong understanding of new product development principles and methodologies.
- Experience with process engineering techniques such as batch planning, control systems, and equipment selection.
