- Optimize product allocation across SMT lines based on technical feasibility and customer requirements. 5.

Machine & MES Integration: Ensure machine integration with MES for seamless production control and full traceability. 6.

Problem Solving: Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions using 8D, 5 Why, and RCCA.

- Cross-Plant Collaboration: Drive knowledge sharing and best-practice exchange with global Bosch entities as a CN representative 8. Drive ESD compliance through regular audits, measurements, report reviews, and corrective action implementation across manufacturing operations 9. Establish ESD standards for machines, materials, and fixtures while training teams on ESD controls,
