You Will Be Responsible For:

- Facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Removing impediments and ensuring the team remains focused on their goals.
- Coaching team members on Agile principles and practices.
- Collaborating with Product Owners to manage the product backlog and prioritize work.
- Monitoring team performance and providing feedback for continuous improvement.
- Promoting a culture of transparency, collaboration, and accountability.
- Ensuring the team adheres to Agile methodologies and best practices.
- Supporting the Agile transformation initiatives within the organization.

The Experience You Bring:

- Proven 5+ years of practical experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc. ).
- Experience introducing and coaching Agile processes and Scrum framework to team members.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Solid communication and leadership skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Certification in Scrum (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
- High proficiency in Agile tools: Jira, Confluence, etc.
- SAFe experience and/or certification preferred.
