- Assist management in making strategic decisions for timely completion of precast projects across Group.
- Oversee all aspects of construction and execution of precast projects
- Develop and implement construction plans for precast projects.
- Review project plan based on benchmark trends of execution through external partners or internal capabilities and draw contingency/ back-up plans by developing alternate strategies in achieving project milestones.
- Implement project plan, commence execution and monitor implementation to ensure effective execution of project as per time, cost, resource management and specifications.
- Ensure adherence to the approved budget for the execution, and achievement of milestones of the project as per completion schedule.
- Lead precast erection activities and ensure adherence to quality standards.




- Provide technical expertise in precast construction methods and materials.
- Monitor and control project budgets and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality assurance.

Education Qualification

- B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field

Technical Skills

- Extensive knowledge of construction and execution processes
- Expertise in precast construction planning and methods
- Proficiency in precast erection techniques and best practices
- Strong understanding of project management principles
- Familiarity with construction software and tools
