We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-9 years of experience in performance testing and will be responsible for ensuring the performance and scalability of our software products.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute performance test plans, test cases, and scripts
- Analyze and report on performance test results and identify bottlenecks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify performance issues and recommend solutions
- Design and implement automated performance tests using industry standard tools
- Monitor and analyze system performance metrics to identify trends and potential issues
- Provide guidance and support to other team members on performance testing best practices
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to performance testing
Skills and Qualifications
- 4-9 years of experience in performance testing
- Robust understanding of performance testing concepts, methodologies, and tools
- Experience with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, and Gatling
- Experience with performance monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, New Relic, and Dynatrace
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
