Must have skills : Salesforce Lightning Web Components Good to have skills : NA Minimum 15 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Salesforce LWC Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of modern, component-based Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components to ensure successful implementation of the project. You will ensure high-quality code, adherence to Salesforce standards, and efficient collaboration between onshore and offshore teams. Responsible for tracking Risk & Issues to closure.

Key responsibilities

- Lead and oversee the design, development, and deployment of Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and custom Salesforce solutions.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable LWC designs.
- Review code for quality, reusability, and adherence to best practices.
- Guide the team on modern Salesforce UI patterns, performance optimization, and accessibility standards.
- Work closely with architects to define front-end architecture and integration with Salesforce backend and external systems.
- Conduct unit testing, deployment reviews, and ensure compliance with governance and release processes.
- Mentor and train junior developers promote LWC reusability and component library practices.




- Collaborate with functional consultants, QA teams, and release managers to ensure smooth delivery.
- Build Salesforce Lightning Wave Components (LWC)
- Able to troubleshoot with debugging skills
- Perform Impact analysis
- Design in Salesforce LWC
- Perform Code Review and Code Optimization on APEX
- Can create technical design from Functional design/Requirement Technical responsibilities - 12–15 years of total IT experience with at least 9+ years in Salesforce development.
- Robust hands-on expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Apex, and Visualforce. Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS and Salesforce UI framework.
- Experience with Salesforce Data Model, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Familiarity with Git, SFDX CLI, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Copado, Harness, etc.).
- Salesforce Platform Developer II / JavaScript Developer I certification preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to lead a small to mid-size development team.
- Must have Salesforce Configuration knowledge including but not limited to Workflows, Validations, Approval Process, Security Model, Data Model
- Must be Salesforce Customization knowledge experience including but not limited to APEX, Visual Force, Triggers, Batch, Schedule Apex, VF Components, Test Class Professional - Must have good communication skill
- Capable of working in client facing roles
- Capable of coaching and mentoring junior resources
