- We are hiring for the position of Oracle HCM OTL Benefits Consultant with strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud. The candidate should have hands-on expertise in OTL or Absence modules, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher reporting, and HCM integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation across OTL and related modules
- Development and maintenance of Quick Formulas in OTL or Absence Modules
- Design and generate BI Publisher Reports for Oracle HCM Cloud
- Build and maintain HCM Extracts for reporting and data sharing
- Perform mass data uploads using HDL (HCM Data Loader)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to time, labor, and absence management
- Follow best practices for implementation, documentation, and delivery
