Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
- Analyze data to measure performance metrics and make recommendations for continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Total Quality Management (TQM) principles by implementing quality control processes.

Job Requirements :

- 10-20 years of experience in manufacturing industry with expertise in operational excellence, process improvement, or related field.
- Solid understanding of Six Sigma methodologies and tools such as DMAIC (Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control).
- Experience with total productive maintenance (TPM), lean manufacturing principles, and cost optimization techniques.
- Proven track record of achieving significant improvements through root cause analysis and quality improvement initiatives.
