We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive with 5 to 8 years of experience in the flexible packaging industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, particularly in Masterbatch, Caps & Closures, and managing key customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales and marketing initiatives for flexible packaging products including Masterbatch, Caps & Closures.
- Identify and develop recent business opportunities in domestic and export markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
- Handle customer complaints promptly and ensure timely resolution through coordination with the production and technical teams.
- Provide market feedback, identify trends, and contribute to pricing, product development,



and promotional strategies.
- Support and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.

Required Experience & Skills:

- 5 to 8 years of proven experience in sales and marketing within the flexible packaging industry.
- Strong understanding of packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and product applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer issues professionally and work cross-functionally to resolve them.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
