Our sales engine runs on a high-energy tele-sales floor in Bhopal, and we are looking for a Floor Manager to own it.This is an office-based leadership role. You will run the daily operations of a team of tele-sales executives and agri advisors: driving call volumes and conversions, coaching people on the floor, managing shift discipline, and turning targets into daily execution.What You Will DoOwn the daily revenue, call volume and conversion targets of the tele-sales floorLead, coach and motivate a team of 20+ tele-sales executives; run daily huddles, live call audits and one-on-one feedbackTrack performance on CRM and dialer dashboards; publish daily MIS to managementManage staffing, attendance, shrinkage and attrition on the floorDesign and run incentive plans,
