Work closely with Placements team and students to fulfil the objective of excellent career beginnings and growth.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate in house design curriculum keeping in mind the skillsets and competencies of the job roles offered on B- school campusesAssess individual competencies using testing methodologies and address the gaps in 1:1 discussion via Mock InterviewsEmpower students and develop their business acumen introducing frameworks for Industry and Company specific presentationsDrive business focused activities by guiding the Placecom Committee at well-defined intervalsConduct soft skills and professional development modules for students to help them experience the best Campus to Corporate journeyEngage with Faculty, Alumni and subject matter experts for domain specific preparationsWork closely with fellow training members in understanding the context and the scope and scale of CRP.Record individual assessment for students on varied parameters and maintain the progress reports and documentation of the sameQualificationsMinimum work experience of 6 to 8 years in training domain in Corporate Placement ServicesExcellent Presentation, Facilitation and Engagement skillsExcellent Communication Skills (Oral and Written)Good Interpersonal SkillsAdaptability & open to operate under pressureBusiness Acumen and ability to articulate thoughts with business maturityLocation : Great Lakes Institute of Management, Manamai Campus, Greater Chennai area
