About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts, including sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.
2. Handle day-to-day accounting entries and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
3. Prepare and maintain bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
4. Manage accounts payable and receivable, including follow-ups for outstanding payments.
5. Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and other accounting documents.
6. Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance, including timely filings and reconciliations.
6. Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports, including P&L; statements, balance sheets, and cash-flow summaries.
7. Monitor cash flow, expenses, outstanding receivables, and payables.
8. Coordinate with banks, vendors, customers, auditors, and tax consultants whenever required.
9. Maintain proper records and documentation for audits and statutory requirements.
10. Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and applicable tax regulations.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 2 months

Salary during probation: ₹18,000 - 25,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,90,000 - 4,60,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,40,000 - 3,60,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 50,000 - 1,00,000 /year
