Responsibilities:

- Provide consistent and effective patient care, ensuring the appropriateness, effectiveness, and safety of medication use.
- Maintain suitable trackers and meet deadlines through proactive communications.
- Coordinate and organize team communications, plan events both internally and offsite.
- Implement and manage overall marketing strategy, communication, and budget allocation across different marketing channels.
- Handle client communication independently, including client interfacing and lead conversion.
- Support worker communication and collaborate closely with management teams.
- Train staff on effective sales and communication strategies for patient care processes.

Requirements:

- 0 to 5 years of experience in a similar role as an Auxiliary Nursing Midwife.




- Skills in patient care, strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with good presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team, demonstrating a team player attitude.
- Familiarity with medical protocols and ensuring patient safety.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field like Nursing or Healthcare is preferred.
