Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Delivery

Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
Define project scope objectives timelines and success criteria.
Develop detailed project plans and monitor execution.

Ensure delivery within agreed scope schedule cost and quality parameters.
Track project milestones and proactively address deviations.

Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary point of contact for customers and senior leadership.

Conduct steering committee meetings and executive status reviews.
Manage customer expectations and maintain strong client relationships.
Facilitate decision-making and conflict resolution.

Financial Management
Manage project budgets forecasts revenue and profitability.

Monitor project costs and resource utilization.
Ensure effective financial governance and reporting.

Team Leadership
Lead large geographically distributed teams.
Mentor project leads and team members.
Drive performance management and capability development.
Foster collaboration accountability and continuous improvement.

Risk & Governance Management
Identify project risks dependencies and issues.

Develop mitigation and contingency plans.
Ensure compliance with organizational governance standards.
Review project health and implement corrective actions when required.

Resource Management
Plan and allocate resources based on project needs.

Coordinate with practice heads and delivery managers.
Optimize utilization and productivity across project teams.

Quality & Process Management
Ensure adherence to PMO standards and delivery methodologies.





Drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
Establish project quality assurance and control mechanisms.

Educational Qualification
Bachelors Degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology.
MBA preferred.
