Job Description WE'RE HIRING | EXECUTIVE – FINANCE
n Location: Mumbai
n Department: Finance
n Experience: 1–3 Years
n CTC: ₹4,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 per annum
n Reporting To: Finance Manager
n Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with strong MIS reporting, reconciliation and Excel skills?
n We are looking for an Executive – Finance to join our Finance team and support financial reporting, project cost monitoring, vendor payments and debt & interest tracking.
n KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
n Cost MIS Reporting:
n • Prepare periodic Cost MIS reports for management review
n • Monitor project-wise expenses
n • Maintain cost data and supporting schedules
n Sales MIS Reporting:
n • Prepare monthly Sales MIS reports
n Vendor Payment Management:
n • Verify vendor invoices and supporting documents
n • Process vendor payments as per approved payment terms
n • Process vendor payments through lenders
n Financial Record Maintenance:
n • Maintain proper documentation of invoices, payment records and MIS reports
n • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
n • Support internal and statutory audit requirements
n Debt & Interest Monitoring:
n • Prepare monthly debt outstanding statements covering bank loans, term loans, working capital facilities and other borrowings
n • Track repayment schedules and timely servicing of debt obligations




n • Prepare monthly lender-wise interest MIS covering accruals and payments
n • Reconcile loan balances with lender statements and accounting records
n • Generate reports on outstanding debt, interest expenses and upcoming repayment obligations
n WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
n Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting or a related field
n 1–3 years of experience in Finance, Accounts or MIS Reporting
n Positive understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
n Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and MIS reporting
n Experience with ERP/Accounting software will be preferred
