To plan and carry out and effective Preventive and predictive Maintenance activities.

- To maintain all Plant and Machineries in Granulation/ Activation/Finished Product Screening and Packing/Steam Generation and Power/Standby Generator/Building and lighting/forklifts/hoists and other infrastructure.
- To ensure achieving high productivity by ensuring the infrastructure provided are properly maintained.
- To make sure that there is no interruptions to production at any time due to machine failure and made sure necessary standby personal is available to rectify any problems may arise as and when required.
- To raise purchase indents for the machinery, spares, consumables and tools required for maintenance activities.
- To inspect/ verify newly purchased machinery, spares, consumables and tools and accept or reject based on their usability for the purpose.
- To maintain a protected & high standard of House Keeping in your work area in the factory and its premises.
- To take necessary initiatives/steps to ensure the quality objectives are achieved on time, whenever identified for your activities.
- To abide by the Policies of the company at all times and make sure utmost secrecy is maintained relating to all business activities of this company.
- To deliver all your responsibilities as above and other responsibilities mentioned in the Procedure Reference Manuals/Standard Operating Procedures/ work instructions/guidelines and any other systems developed by the company in the future as well.

- To maintain a minimum inventory of spares, consumables and tools required for maintenance activities.




- To inspect/ verify newly purchased machinery, spares, consumables and tools and accept or reject based on their usability for the purpose.
- To maintain a safe & high standard of House Keeping in your work area in the factory and its premises.
- To report to the Maintenance Manager.
- To lies with statutory bodies for calibration of equipments and communicate through Maintenance Manager

VEHICLE MAINTENANCE:

- Supervise all Forklift operators and vehicle mechanic.
- Maintain a box filing system for each vehicle and stores all information (vehicle purchase, insurance documents along with all interventions, vehicle which will include servicing/repairs and accidents reports, log sheets and other relevant documents).
- Compile the monthly fuel and service reports.
- Oversee recruitment of new drivers and testing of driver candidates in traffic rules, signage, signaling, and practical driving.
- Act as the line manager to transport personnel, evaluate employee performance, allocate and rotate appropriate work assignments, develop training plans.
- Submit regular and comprehensive monthly reports to the FM and MM on vehicle movements and problems.

IMS ROLES:

- Conduct risk assessments of processes and tasks in the department
- Manage contractors on site to ensure they meet legal and company requirements
- Ensure that the function operates in accordance with any health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of staff and visitors
- Oversee organizational policies and procedures. Ensure health and Safety committee meetings are held and tasks assigned.
- Ensure that all in-house systems and equipments are updated/calibrated and modified to meet the needs of external certification bodiesRole & responsibilities
