Job Title: Mechanical Fitter

Experience: 10 to 15 years

Role & Responsibilities:

- Manufacturing Management: Oversee and manage mechanical manufacturing processes, ensuring that equipment and machinery function optimally during production.
- Spare Parts Management: Monitor and manage the inventory of spare parts, ensuring timely procurement and availability for equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform regular maintenance on mechanical equipment, machinery, and systems. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum operational efficiency.
- EHS Compliance: Adhere to Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) protocols. Ensure all maintenance and operational activities comply with company safety standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct safety drills and take proactive measures to minimize risks related to equipment operation and maintenance.
- Preventive Maintenance:



Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules to extend the lifespan of machinery and equipment.
- Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to production teams during mechanical breakdowns or issues.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts usage, and safety compliance. Prepare detailed reports on mechanical issues and resolutions.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Mechanical Fitter in industrial or manufacturing settings (10-15 years).
- Strong expertise in mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
- Proficient in managing spare parts and inventory.
- Knowledge of EHS regulations and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and ensure efficient resolution of mechanical issues.
- Valuable communication skills and ability to work within cross-functional teams.
