- Collaborate with the sales/marketing team for lead generation and follow-up
- Liaise with clients to assess their needs and offer tailored solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Plan and coordinate participation in industry events, trade shows, and conferences
- Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and campaigns to boost brand awareness and drive business
