1. Responsible for sourcing and procurement of critical material, reagents, solvents & Packing Material for Naroda & Bavla Unit.
2. To be responsible for Material Planing after consultation with cross functional Team
3. To place purchase orders for purchase of raw materials after consultation with cross functional Team
4. To collect quotations from various raw material suppliers, make a comparative statement and shortlist best supplier for purchase.
5. To follow up with approved raw material supplier(s) for ensuring delivery on time
6. Preparing Monthly MIS report and circulating the same to purchase head
7. To assist team in vendor evaluation, selection & management
8. To do Periodical review of the vendor performances & taking corrective actions to ensure timelines & quality of supplies from them
9. Roll-out Standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure that the inflow of material must aligned with all aspects of SOPs.
10. To carry out any job assigned by Superior
