We are looking to hire a Demand Planning and Sales Operations planning manager to handle the following responsibilities :

- Leads and refines the S&OP; process, ensuring alignment between sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain for accurate forecasting and demand planning.
- Analyzes market trends, seasonality, and promotional impacts using statistical tools and AI/ML to adjust forecasts and support data-driven decisions.
- Monitors key metrics like forecast accuracy and inventory health, driving cross-functional actions to prevent stock imbalances and optimize supply chain flow.
- Supports product lifecycle planning, coordinating launches, phase-outs, and minimizing slow-moving or obsolete inventory.
- Drives continuous process improvement, aligning operational plans with financial targets to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Candidate profile

- MBA with 6-8 years of experience with proficiency in MS Office, SAP, Power BI Proven experience in demand planning/ S&OP; coordination
