With at least 10 years of experience in the Real Estate sector, the ideal candidate will be responsible for obtaining necessary approvals, permits, and clearances for construction projects while ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards. The role demands a strong understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, and zoning laws to facilitate seamless project execution.

Experience:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in the Real Estate industry
- Demonstrated track record of successfully navigating regulatory processes and obtaining approvals
- Proven experience in liaising with government authorities, architects, and project teams

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with architectural and engineering teams to ensure project designs comply with local regulations and building codes
- Prepare and submit permit applications, drawings, and other documentation to relevant authorities
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and municipal bodies for all regulatory matters
- Monitor and track the progress of permit applications,



addressing any issues or modifications required
- Conduct site visits and inspections to verify compliance with approved plans and regulations
- Stay updated on changes in building codes, zoning laws, and other regulatory requirements
- Provide guidance and support to project teams on regulatory compliance throughout the construction process
- Resolve any disputes or issues related to permits or approvals in a timely and efficient manner

Education Qualification:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field

Behavioural skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Robust negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural design software
- Thorough knowledge of building codes, zoning ordinances, and permit processes
- Familiarity with construction practices and materials

Non-Negotiable Skills:

- Registered Architect license
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the Real Estate industry
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
