Role Impact:

In this role, you will be a member of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team, focusing on managing user access to information assets while complying with corporate security policies, regulatory compliance obligations, and enhancing the overall user experience. You will be a Product Owner overseeing identity lifecycle management initiatives, managing a team of developers, and ensuring the delivery of robust Cyber and IAM solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Strategic Direction: Develop and refine the strategic direction for the department, ensuring alignment with DTCC's overall business objectives.
- Product Management: Manage DTCC's IAM products across various environments, ensuring availability, scalability, and stability.
- Collaborate with Engineering: Work with engineering teams to enhance products and advocate for features that address security needs and improve the customer experience.
- Customer Engagement: Engage directly with customers to understand their challenges and requirements, ensuring solutions meet their needs.
- Operational Efficiency:



Assist in overseeing departmental processes to ensure operational efficiency and quality, supporting management best practices.
- Compliance & Security: Maintain compliance with industry standards and security best practices, and actively participate in security incident response planning and execution.
- Budget & Resource Management: Assist with budget management and resource planning for the department, supporting vendor relationships and technology investments.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 8 years of related experience in the IAM field.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Talents Needed for Success:

- 8+ years as a Product Owner specializing in the Identity space.
- Proven experience leading the product life cycle from discovery, ideation, and strategic development to requirements definition and value management.
- Ability to define and deliver quality products that align with company strategy and business objectives, meeting budget and business goals.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects across multiple teams, ensuring seamless product launches and delivering all relevant deliverables.
- Ability to translate product strategy and customer/market requests into a business case with detailed product requirements.
- Familiarity with Identity protocols such as OIDC, OAuth, SAML, and authentication technologies like Step-Up, Passwordless login, and CIAM/IAM systems.
- Ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams, working effectively with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Customer Support, Sales, Business Development, and the C-suite.
