Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to international leads for product/service promotion
- Qualify prospects based on given criteria and schedule follow-up calls
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in CRM
- Meet daily/weekly targets for lead generation and call volume
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve pitch and conversion
- Follow all quality guidelines and customer service standards

Required Skills

- 1-2 years of experience in international lead generation or outbound calling
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to handle objections and think on your feet
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven setting
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
- Must have a reliable internet connection and suitable workspace (if WFH)
