The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and sustaining client relationships,



and developing strategies to expand market reach. The role involves analyzing market trends, preparing detailed proposals, and managing the entire sales cycle. Additionally, the individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs.QualificationsExperience in mid-size IT Infrastructure services company and proven track recordProficiency in business development, sales strategy, and account managementAbility to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and generate leadsStrong interpersonal, communication, and client relationship management skillsUnderstanding of IT infrastructure services such as Cloud, Information Security, and NetworkingExperience in proposal creation, contract negotiation, and closing enterprise-level dealsSelf-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skillsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plusExperience in the IT or technology sector is highly beneficial
