Lead Generation Specialist – B2B OutreachLocation: WorldTech Square, Sector 83, MohaliWork Mode: In-officeWorking Days: Monday to FridayEmployment Type: Full-timeExperience: 1.5+ yearsAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join our team in Mohali.The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in B2B lead generation, cold outreach, prospecting, and sales development and be comfortable communicating with potential clients across multiple channels.This is an in-office role based at WorldTech Square, Sector 83, Mohali.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch and identify relevant B2B prospects and decision-makers.Build and maintain targeted prospect databases.Execute cold email campaigns and manage follow-ups.Conduct LinkedIn prospecting and outreach.Handle WhatsApp outreach and follow-ups.Execute structured multi-channel cold outreach campaigns.Make cold calls to potential clients and qualify prospects.Follow up consistently with leads and prospects.Maintain lead data and outreach activity in CRM/Google Sheets.Track responses, qualified leads, meetings, and conversions.Test different outreach messages and approaches to improve results.Work closely with the sales and marketing team to generate qualified opportunities.Achieve assigned lead-generation and outreach targets.Required Skills & Experience1.5+ years of experience in lead generation, B2B sales, business development, SDR/BDR,
