JOB PURPOSE

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for:

- Understanding business reporting requirements.
- Coordinating with business teams to conceptualize and design Power BI dashboards.
- Developing and testing the functionality of dashboards.
- Presenting dashboards to users for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Providing ongoing support for the dashboards.

- Reports to: GM - Digital Finance Partner

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Seamless Integration with SAP HANA:
- Play a key role in integrating data from SAP HANA into existing reporting systems, ensuring seamless data flow and consistency.
- Develop sophisticated dashboards leveraging SAP HANA for advanced reporting and analytics.
- Provide essential support to business teams transitioning to the SAP HANA environment.
- Ensure reporting systems are robust, scalable, and capable of handling increased data volumes and complexity with SAP HANA.
- Adopt Ongoing AI Advancements to Create Recent Forecasting Models:
- Develop and implement AI-driven forecasting models incorporating key business drivers to improve predictive accuracy and decision-making.
- Develop Interactive Power BI Dashboards:
- Collaborate with business teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications (e.g., monthly financial performance reports with the finance team).
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on reporting needs and deliverables (e.g., marketing campaign effectiveness tracking through BI dashboards).
- Conceptualize and design innovative Power BI dashboards that enhance data visualization and user experience (e.g., sales dashboards for trends and forecasts).
- Power BI Dashboard Implementation and Testing:
- Implement designed dashboards using Power BI, ensuring they meet functionality,



usability, and performance standards (e.g., HR dashboards to track employee performance and turnover rates).
- Conduct thorough testing of the dashboards to identify and resolve issues before presenting them to users (e.g., testing supply chain dashboards for accurate data representation).
- Present developed dashboards to users for UAT and incorporate feedback for final modifications (e.g., presenting project management dashboards to the PMO team for review).
- Provide ongoing support to users, resolving any issues related to Power BI dashboards (e.g., assisting sales teams with data discrepancies in sales performance dashboards).
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting outputs (e.g., ensuring financial reports are accurate and up-to-date for monthly review meetings).

EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS

- Collaborate with external implementation partners for new IT initiatives.

INTERNAL INTERACTIONS

- Work closely with SSC team leads for business requirements, UAT, and testing.
- Coordinate with the IT team for technical requirements.
- Collaborate with team members for day-to-day planning and issue resolution.

DIMENSIONS

- Interaction with all verticals of finance and IT teams at sector and entity levels.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

- 3+ years of experience as a business analyst using tools like Power BI and other reporting tools.
- Experience in ETL design and implementation, reports, and dashboard development.
- Familiarity with Data Modelling, Dashboard development tools, DAX, etc.
