- Preparation of BSS Budget.
- Monthly review of business performance against Annual Operating Plan and highlighting the Gap areas to the management
- Cost Reduction Plan at the group level.
- Preparation of MIS Reports to GCFO on Bank Accounts, Employees Advances and Open Items under 'project Swachchata'
- Rationalization of Companies.

7. Handling various Analytical requirements of GHB members on time-to-time basis.
