Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily financial health, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and helping the company maintain financial transparency. This position is ideal for graduate to grow their expertise in corporate accounting.

Responsibilities

- Bookkeeping Data Entry: Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate, up-to-date ledgers and journals.

- Accounts Payable Receivable: Process vendor invoices, issue client bills, and follow up on overdue payments to ensure healthy cash flow.

- Bank Reconciliation: Compare bank statements with internal bookkeeping records to identify and resolve any discrepancies.

- Financial Reporting Assistance: Help senior accountants prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.

- Budgeting Forecasting: Assist Manager in preparing operational budgets and financial forecasts to guide resource allocation.

- Month-End/Year-End Support:



Assist in closing procedures and gather documentation for internal or external audits.

- Fixed Asset Tracking: Help record and update documentation for company assets, including calculating depreciation over time.

Requirements

- Technical Skills:

- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas).

- Familiarity with accounting software Tally Prime

- Soft Skills:

- Excellent mathematical aptitude and analytical thinking.

- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

- Valuable organizational skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.

- Effective verbal and written communication for interacting with vendors and team members.
