Understand KPIs of Collection team and align IT Strategy with them to help Collection team to meet their KPIs using Collection application. Provide un-interrupted support to Collection team to ensure meeting 100% targets of collection team.

What You ll Do

- Evaluate vendors for Collection application.
- Drive implementation of Collection application.
- Drive automation and digitization of collection processes.
- Evaluate to be processes and map with available functionalities of identified application to minimize customization.
- Create transparent communication plan for all the stakeholders.
- Set up periodic meet with required stakeholders.
- Drive project status calls & establish delivery plan of action with the help of vendor & business teams
- Keep track on all the communication between vendor & business teams




- Able to communicate & collaborate with large scale cross functional teams.
- Understanding of project dates & delays if any.
- Maintain up to date communication plan for all the stakeholders.
- Best practice of other companies in field of Collection.
- Project management and execution excellence
