We are looking for an experienced IT Business Relationship Manager (BRM) with a strong understanding of enterprise applications and IT infrastructure. The BRM will act as a strategic partner between business and IT teams, ensuring technology solutions align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will drive IT initiatives, enhance system performance, and lead application & infrastructure enhancements to support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Engagement & IT Strategy:

- Act as a trusted advisor between business units and IT teams to ensure alignment of technology with business goals.
- Identify technology opportunities and gaps by understanding business processes, challenges, and objectives.
- Develop and maintain IT roadmaps, focusing on application modernization and infrastructure optimization.
- Lead IT governance and strategic planning discussions with senior stakeholders.

Application Management & Enhancements:

- Oversee the lifecycle management of enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, Cloud, Collaboration tools, etc.).
- Ensure seamless application integrations, upgrades, and migrations with minimal business disruption.
- Work with application teams to enhance performance, security, and compliance.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to implement application enhancements that drive productivity.

Infrastructure & Cloud Management:

- Provide oversight on IT infrastructure, including cloud, on-premises servers, networking, and security.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of IT infrastructure supporting business applications.
- Work with IT teams to optimize cloud adoption and on-prem infrastructure.




- Monitor and drive improvements in IT service levels, incident management, and performance metrics.

Project & Change Management:

- Lead IT projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and business alignment.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, budgets, and timelines for IT initiatives.
- Ensure proper change management, training, and communication for new technology implementations.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management:

- Manage relationships with IT service providers, software vendors, and infrastructure partners.
- Negotiate contracts and SLAs to ensure cost-effective and high-quality IT services.
- Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and compliance groups to ensure regulatory alignment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience in IT business relationship management, IT strategy, or IT consulting.
- Solid knowledge of SAP enterprise application and IT infrastructure.
- Experience in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), networking, cybersecurity, and data centre operations.
- Ability to analyse and document business requirements, process flows, and IT roadmaps.
- Hands-on experience with ITIL, Agile, or DevOps methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Exposure to AI, automation, and digital transformation projects.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and risk management.
- Experience with business intelligence, data analytics, and reporting tools.
- Exposure to M&A; (Merger & Acquisition) and Divestment

Education & Certifications:

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- ITIL, PMP, or Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, ITIL, COBIT) preferred.
