Description

We are seeking an experienced Information Security Lead to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in information security and risk management, with at least 6-11 years of relevant experience. This is a leadership role that will require excellent communication skills and the ability to manage and mentor a team of security professionals.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement information security policies and procedures
- Monitor and evaluate security risks and threats, and develop strategies to mitigate them
- Lead security incident response efforts and coordinate with stakeholders
- Manage and mentor a team of security professionals
- Provide security awareness training to employees
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations




- Conduct security audits and assessments

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- At least 6-11 years of experience in information security
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, etc.
- Experience with security tools such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, etc.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience in managing and mentoring a team
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, etc.
- Experience in conducting security audits and assessments
- Knowledge of Indian data protection laws and regulations
