About the Opportunity A dynamic education innovator in the K-12 international curriculum space, we empower schools across India to deliver immersive, inquiry-led learning through the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP). Our coordinators design and lead curriculum implementation, mentor teachers, and elevate student outcomes through collaborative, standards-aligned pedagogy. We work with forward-thinking institutions to build future-ready classrooms grounded in the IB learner profile. Role & Responsibilities

- Lead PYP implementation across grade levels, ensuring alignment with IB philosophy, scope & sequence, and assessment frameworks.
- Coach and mentor homeroom and specialist teachers on inquiry-based pedagogy, concept-driven planning, and transdisciplinary learning.
- Facilitate collaborative planning sessions, moderation cycles, and unit review processes to maintain curriculum integrity and rigor.
- Design and deliver career development workshops focused on IB Approaches to Teaching and Learning (ATL) and learner profile attributes.
- Oversee student assessment systems—formative, summative, and exhibition—ensuring validity, reliability, and alignment with IB rubrics.
- Act as the school’s IB liaison,



managing documentation, audits, and communication with the IB Regional Office and internal stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications

- Must-Have
- IB PYP authorization experience or active candidacy status
- IB PYP Certificate or equivalent professional development credential
- Proficiency in IB curriculum frameworks (planning, assessment, ATL)
- Experience mentoring teachers on inquiry-based and concept-driven instruction
- Strong knowledge of IB learner profile and approaches to learning (ATL)
- Experience leading professional learning communities (PLCs) and collaborative planning

- Preferred
- Experience with IB curriculum mapping tools (e.g., ManageBac)
- Facilitation experience with IB workshops or regional events
- Background in international schools or multi-cultural educational settings
