Business Development Executive – Influencer Marketing

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive new business, build client relationships, and generate revenue for our influencer marketing services.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new B2B leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, networking, and referrals.
Reach out to brands, agencies, and marketing decision-makers.
Understand client requirements and pitch relevant influencer marketing solutions.
Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and follow-ups.
Prepare proposals and commercial quotes in coordination with the team.
Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure.
Maintain robust relationships with prospects and existing clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.




Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, brands, and industry opportunities.
Coordinate with the campaign team for a smooth handover after closure.

What We’re Looking For
1–2 years of experience in B2B sales/business development , preferably in influencer marketing, digital marketing, advertising, or an agency.
Strong communication, negotiation, and pitching skills.
Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
Comfortable with cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email marketing.
Target-driven, proactive, and highly organised.
Strong understanding of the digital marketing/influencer ecosystem.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
