MediaXpedia is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by managing and expanding affiliate partnerships across both domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of performance marketing, affiliate networks, and digital ad sales, along with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Identify, onboard, and manage affiliate partners and advertisers across domestic and global markets
• Drive revenue through affiliate marketing campaigns, ensuring performance targets are met or exceeded
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans for affiliate marketing solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and affiliate networks
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and campaign structures with partners
• Monitor campaign performance (CPI, CPL, CPS,
ROI etc.) and optimize accordingly
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, analytics) to ensure seamless campaign execution
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging affiliate platforms
• Expand international market presence by identifying new business opportunities
Requirements:
• Should be an ad Sales qualified with experience of 3+ years in the Affiliate Industry
• Should share great relationships with agencies & direct clients
• Should have an in-depth understanding of sales performance metrics
• Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills
