Position: Team Lead - International Customer Support

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead with a robust background in International Customer Support to lead and manage a team of customer service associates. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills, with a proven track record of driving team performance and achieving operational targets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead a team of customer support associates in an international process.
Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Conduct regular coaching sessions, feedback discussions, and performance reviews.
Handle escalations and provide timely resolution to customer concerns.
Prepare and share performance reports, MIS, and operational updates.
Drive employee engagement and foster a positive team environment.
Ensure compliance with company policies and process guidelines.




Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Team Lead in an International Customer Support/Customer Service process .
Strong team management and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in handling KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
