n A rapid-growing fintech product company is looking for a Regional GTM & Partnerships Manager to support its expansion across the MENA/GCC region.
n This role is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding recent markets, identifying business opportunities, building partnerships, and translating market insights into successful go-to-market strategies.

n Key Responsibilities
n n Conduct in-depth market research across MENA/GCC countries.
n Study country-specific regulations, market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
n Identify market opportunities, product gaps, and emerging business trends.
n Research and build relationships with potential partners and ecosystem players.
n Manage partnerships from identification and onboarding through enablement and ongoing engagement.
n Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Business,



and Leadership teams.
n Convert research findings into actionable product, partnership, and GTM recommendations.
n Support GTM execution for new products and regional initiatives.
n n Required Skills & Experience
n n 2–3 years of experience in Market Research, Business Research, Partnerships, GTM, FinTech, BFSI, Payments, or related domains.
n Prior experience in market/business research is mandatory.
n Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
n Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
n Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
n Ability to work independently and take ownership.
n Strong interest in FinTech, Payments, Compliance, or Technology ecosystems is preferred.
n n Preferred Background
n Candidates from FinTech, Payments, Banking, SaaS, RegTech, Digital Banking, or Technology startups will be preferred.
