Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers to define candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals and other channels.
- Screen profiles and conduct initial HR discussions to assess suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and regularly update the candidate pipeline / recruitment tracker.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Negotiate compensation and coordinate offer rollouts.
- Track offer acceptance, joining status and closures.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and provide regular hiring updates to management.




- Build and maintain a strong talent pool for recurring and critical positions.
- Support employer branding and other HR initiatives as required.

Preferred candidate profile

- Prior experience handling end-to-end recruitment is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and recruitment deadlines simultaneously.
- Valuable follow-up, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Should be proactive, target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
