Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.
- Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates for further rounds.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including offer negotiation, joining formalities, and onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and reports, providing regular updates to HR leadership.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 2 to 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in IT, E-commerce, or service industries.
- Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
