As an HR Executive at PTW , you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department in various tasks, including employee onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and organize new hire documentation.
- Facilitate new employee orientation programs.
- Ensure smooth onboarding processes for current hires.
- Assist in setting up employee workstations and access.
- Maintain and update employee records and databases.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Handle day-to-day HR inquiries and requests from employees.
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
- Assist in handling employee queries and concerns.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives.
- Support in organizing company events and activities.
- Promote HR programs to create an effective and conflict-free workplace.
- Help to organize training & development initiatives.
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.




- Ensure compliance with labour regulations.

- Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field is mandatory.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant HR operations experience.
- Good knowledge about content development
- Good knowledge about email designing
- Good knowledge about India statutory law.
- Flexible to work in 24/7 shifts.
- Experience to handle large gathering such as Birthday celebration/R & R
- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of HR.
