- Handle inbound calls for a UK telecom client.
- Resolve customer queries related to telecom services with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by providing productive and timely support.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Minimum 6 months of experience required into International Voice Process (mandatory).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Graduate & Undergraduate both can apply.
