- Ideal candidate should have:
- Non-Tech Hiring Recruiters with experience in either or multiple skills like- medium or high-level Hiring, Engineers hiring, Managers hiring.
- Preferably worked for client industry like - Energy, Telecom, Real Estate/Infra
- Stakeholder Management experience is mandatory
- Positive Knowledge on Naukri portal, LinkedIn sourcing and other sites.
- Ability to work on Data (excel)
- Experience in working in any ATS
- Has worked on complex Recruitment Process handling End to End Recruitment (From Sourcing Candidates to Offer release).
