- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound international calls.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately within set timelines.
- Follow standard operating procedures and company policies.
- Maintain detailed call logs and reports using CRM tools.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets (AHT, CSAT, FCR, etc.).
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken English with a neutral or global accent.
- Min 6m of international voice process experience.
- Robust verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in night shifts/rotational shifts, including weekends.
