Role Summary:

The GM - Production is responsible for overseeing and managing the overall development, performance, and maintenance of the organization's production activities. This role aims to obtain the maximum efficiency, quality, service, and profitability for the organization while ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained at a high level. The GM will lead the production team to achieve business goals, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and continuously improve production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Production Development and Performance Management:
- Oversee the overall development, performance, and maintenance of the organization's production activities to ensure maximum efficiency, quality, service, and profitability.
- Ensure customer satisfaction is maintained at a high level.
- Production Planning and Control:
- Plan, coordinate, and control the production schedules in the PPC department.
- Enforce optimum utilization of production lines to achieve timely order delivery and maintain minimum inventory levels.
- Strategic Alignment:
- Plan, establish, and implement production goals and objectives aligned with the corporate strategy to meet business objectives.




- Equipment Overhauling and Assembly:
- Lead the overhauling and assembly of heavy mechanical equipment such as gearboxes, material handling equipment, mining equipment (crushers), pumps, valves, and heavy-duty bearing assemblies.
- Employee Responsibility and Authority:
- Define responsibility and authority for employees and ensure its implementation and compliance.
- Design, review, and maintain the organization's structure (organogram).

Qualifications:

- Education:
- UG: Any Graduate
- PG: Any Postgraduate
- Experience:
- Significant experience in production management, particularly in industrial equipment or machinery manufacturing.
- Proven leadership and team management skills with experience in overseeing production processes.
- Experience with managing large-scale operations and coordinating cross-functional teams.
