Description: As a Ground Staff member, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to our clients and customers at the Nagpur airport.
Your main duties will include:
- Assisting passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage handling procedures
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns - Ensuring the safety and security of all passengers and their belongings - Coordinating with other airport staff to ensure smooth operations - Handling any unexpected situations or emergencies that may arise - Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the airport terminal - Adhering to all safety and security protocols and company policies Requirements:
