- Manage and monitor client investment portfolios across mutual funds and related financial products
- Provide
regular updates to clients on market developments, including market
outlook, new fund offers (NFOs), and relevant investment opportunities
- Conduct periodic client reviews to communicate portfolio performance and align investments with financial goals
- Initiate and execute investment transactions based on client cash flows and agreed financial plans
- Support onboarding and execution of fresh investments in line with client suitability and risk profile
- Address
client grievances and service -related issues, including statement
discrepancies, dividend delays, and correction requests, ensuring timely resolution
- Coordinate with Asset Management Companies (AMCs) and service providers to resolve client -related issues
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with Mutual Fund Investor Service Centers (ISCs) and other industry stakeholders to stay updated on market and product developments
- Ensure accurate communication and documentation related to client portfolios and transactions
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Masters/ Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Relevant experience in mutual fund distribution, wealth management, or financial advisory services
- Knowledge of mutual fund products, financial planning, and portfolio management
- Familiarity with AMFI regulations and client servicing processes preferred
- Certifications such as NISM (Mutual Fund Distribution/Research) preferred
