JewelsHire, a distinguished leader in the realm of jewellery industry recruitment, extends its invitation for a position at a renowned jewellery manufacturer located in Sitapura, Jaipur.
Responsibilities:
- Understanding
and monitoring company quality standards & processes defined.
- Implement advanced, tech -enabled QC frameworks
- Supervising
quality control team and making sure the quality standards and processes are
followed on day to day basis.
- Review
products, processes and systems on an ongoing basis to determine where
improvements can be made. (CAPA)
- Repair
product if possible that fails quality standards before it gets shipped out to
the customer.
- Reject
product's if required. Improving dept. efficiency and managing backlog
inventory to minimum number of days (under 3 days).
- Actively
participate during customer QC / QA schedule gathering and sharing feedback
regarding product quality.
- To feed the QA head with
quality assurance related points.
Requirements
Preferred Experience and skills:
- 10+ years of experience in jewellery quality control and production processes.
- Excellent understanding of Diamond and Colorstone Jewellery
- Robust leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent problem -solving and data -driven decision -making skills.
- Proficiency in technology -driven QC systems and inspection tools.
Strong understanding of jewellery manufacturing processes.
