The Opportunity

Location: Telangana (Field role; requires travel across the state)

Level: Senior Associate
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end, on-ground implementation of government projects, overseeing everything from farmer selection to final installation.
- Meet designated targets for farmer onboarding across all active projects. (sales target)
- Onboard local partnersâincluding NGOs, CSR arms, FPOs, and CRPsâto expand outreach and farmer mobilisation.
- Oversee on-ground execution, ensuring adherence to selection criteria, revenue targets, and installation timelines,
all while maintaining the defined Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
- Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, government officials, and community stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Maintain accurate field records, track project progress, and provide timely reports and actionable insights to leadership.

Must-Haves
- 3-5 Years of ecperience in sales or operations
- Experience of managing/leading 5-10 members team
- Government liaison, partners/client management
- High Ownership and adaptability
- Willing to Travel. Flexible To Relocate
Nice-to-Haves
- Good knowledge of MS office and other basic tools
- Go getter attitude is a must
