We are looking for an experienced MYP Coordinator to lead and manage the Middle Years Programme (MYP) at a reputed IB -accredited institution. The ideal candidate will bring strong academic leadership, stakeholder management, and proven expertise in the IB curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the IB MYP curriculum
Mentor and support faculty in effective delivery of the program
Ensure compliance with IB standards and practices
Coordinate with stakeholders including parents, teachers, and IB authorities
Drive academic excellence and holistic student development
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in IB curriculum
At least 4 years of proven experience as an MYP Coordinator / Academic Leader
Solid leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preference for candidates currently working with reputed IB schools
